Brown's Temple Church of God in Christ, 217 Clay St. in Newport, AR will celebrate the 8th Pastoral Anniversary of their Pastor and Wife, Elder Melvin Tenner and Missionary Deborah Tenner.  The anniversary speaker is Superintendent Lawrence O 'Neal from Stuttgart, AR.  The event is scheduled for Sunday, April 27, 2014 at 3:00 p.m.  Everybody is invited.
The Jackson County Humane Society is in need of the following supplies:  water buckets, dog houses, Clorox, laundry detergent, paper towels and blankets (without backing).  Items can be dropped off at the Chamber office.
